Common questions
- How do I save a link? Tap Share in any app and choose Joey, paste a link with the Import button, or copy a link and open Joey — it will offer to save it. A replay of the intro is in Account → Tutorial.
- Where is my data stored? On your device. If you sign in and enable backup, your links are copied to your own iCloud or Google Drive. See our Privacy Policy.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Account → Manage Subscription, or your App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- How do I restore my purchase on a new phone? Sign in with the same account, open the upgrade screen, and tap Restore purchase.
- How do I delete my account? Account → Delete account, or see the account deletion page.
